Thirty-one perecent of the Fellowship say they meditate regularly.
Although Sunday services don’t always include guided meditation, often times there are a few minutes offered for personal reflection. There are two days of the week that with Buddhist meditation and discussion. These are lightly attended, with usually no more than a dozen members, although generally participants who have been active in the group for years.
